1. User Agreement

By creating an account and subscribing to Casa di Scoop, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Casa di Scoop is a professional gelato formula subscription service operated by Casa di Scoop. Access to formula calculators and recipe content is granted exclusively to registered subscribers with an active paid subscription.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any third party.
• Casa di Scoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Subscription & Payments

Casa di Scoop offers Monthly, Annual, 2-Year, and Lifetime subscription plans. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Lifetime subscriptions grant permanent access for a single one-time payment, subject to the continued operational lifetime of the service as described in Section 7.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page.
• Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
• Casa di Scoop reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• In the event of service discontinuation due to force majeure circumstances, no refund obligation arises for any subscription type. See Section 7 for full details.

3. Terms of Content Use

All formulas, recipes, calculators, and content available on Casa di Scoop are the exclusive intellectual property of Casa di Scoop and are protected by copyright law.

• Content is licensed for your personal and professional internal use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or share any formula, recipe, or calculator content with any third party.
• You may not screenshot, copy, or export content for commercial resale or redistribution.
• You may use the formulas in your own gelateria production without restriction.
• Any unauthorised use or distribution of content will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

4. Privacy Policy

Casa di Scoop is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information.

What we collect:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Payment information processed securely via Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Usage data such as pages visited and features used

How we use your data:

• To provide and manage your subscription
• To send you account-related emails (credentials, renewal reminders)
• To improve our platform and user experience
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

Data retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Your data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Training Services

Professional gelato training is available as an add-on service to any active subscription. Training is provided by agreement and priced individually based on scope, location, and duration.

• Training bookings are confirmed by email agreement only.
• Cancellation of training sessions requires at least 7 days notice.
• Travel and accommodation costs for on-site training are not included unless agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer

The formulas and calculators provided by Casa di Scoop are based on established gelato science and professional methodology. However, results may vary depending on your equipment, ingredients, and local conditions. Casa di Scoop accepts no liability for production outcomes, food safety compliance, or commercial results arising from the use of our formulas.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety regulations in your country or region.

7. Force Majeure & Service Continuity

Casa di Scoop is operated as a sole proprietorship. In the event that the service must be permanently discontinued due to circumstances beyond the operator's control — including serious illness, incapacity, death, natural disaster, war, government action, or other force majeure events — the following applies:

• Lifetime subscribers will receive a minimum of 30 days notice where reasonably possible prior to service termination.
• No refund obligation arises for Lifetime or any other subscription type in force majeure circumstances.
• The operator's estate or legal representative is not liable for continuation of the service.
• Casa di Scoop will make reasonable efforts to export and deliver formula content to active subscribers before discontinuation where circumstances permit.

By purchasing a Lifetime subscription, you acknowledge and accept this risk, understanding that "lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the service and not guaranteed perpetual access under all circumstances.

8. Changes to These Terms

Casa di Scoop reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Active subscribers will be notified by email of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
